While having access and being familiar with properties throughout the greater St. George area, Jim has specialized in the 55+ community of Sun River St. George.  He has been involved in all aspects of the community including working for the Developer in new construction sales, move-in ready new homes, and as an outside agent marketing resale homes.  This is important for potential buyers because he can assist you with any aspect of purchasing in the community.  He knows new construction including pricing, dealing with the sales office, and the three major steps in selecting a new home (lot selection, floor plan, and upgrades). Many of his clients prefer to purchase a resale property because they do not want to wait for new construction, do not want to go through the new design process, or feel there is a better value in an older home.  Jim offers his expertise to clients in knowing the construction and upgrades as well as providing comprehensive market information so you have a realistic feel for the community and property values.  Top this off with aggressive negotiation skills and you come out a winner! This includes the cities of St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Leeds, Ivins and the county area.  St George is Utah's golf capital. Weather is mild during winter and so golf is enjoyable year-round. As a result, some of the best courses in the southwestern US can be found here. The St George courses are all unique, set against red canyon walls and black lava rock. Many have outstanding views of red rock desert country; some offer views that extend over towards Zion National Park.
