At Sun River St. George, we love to treat people with personal tours of our grounds, beautifully decorated model homes, field models that are move-in ready, and our one-of-a-kind community center. You are invited to stay in our villas for two nights / three days and participate in any activities that you like. Come and see what St. George has to offer in person!

If you have not stayed in the villas before, Jim and Pam will offer you a special rate!
- Your 2 night stay is reduced to $99.00 plus tax, total for both nights.
- NEW! If you live outside the state of Utah, you have the option for a 3 night stay! Your total stay for three nights is just $149.00 plus tax. (See RATES and RULES below)

- We have 11 model homes for you to tour at your convenience. The sales office is open seven days a week. We also have several move-in ready homes throughout the community (for the complete list, click on "FLOOR PLANS" or "MOVE-IN READY" above.
- Drop in and "test drive" the community center. For a current calendar of events and newsletter, click on "Community / HOA" above.
- Try out the Riverwalk Grill, scan the fantastic views as you enjoy a delicious meal.
- Schedule a tee time and try out the 18 hole golf course ... be sure to ask for your resident rate discount as a villa guest (Pro Shop 435-986-0001).

THE GOOD NEWS: Our “villas” are our small homes, each a minimum of 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 2-car garage. Sun River St. George is a golf cart “friendly” community and we provide you with a cart in your garage. Feel free to use the cart to explore the community or play golf.
Our model center is open daily until 5 p.m. and there are eleven model homes for you to view. While this is a self-guided tour, Jim and Pam are available to answer your questions about the homes, options, and available building sites.
Other options for you to consider are the move-in ready, brand new homes. These floor plans vary and a list of available homes will be provided to you.
Finally, based on your individual preferences and timing, you may want to consider resale homes in the community. We can help you with a list of resale homes based on your specific desires, price and/or size. We are Realtors and can provide information on any home listed on the multiple listing service (MLS).
COMMUNITY CENTER / RESTAURANT: During your stay, you are welcome to use the community center facilities including pools, fitness center, outdoor sports, and available activities and classes. We will also provide you with two $10.00 coupons for the River Walk Grill, our community restaurant.
VILLA RATE SCHEDULE:
RATES: Rates are quoted for 1 or 2 people. Because of the high demand and limited availability, stays are limited as follows: Utah residents may stay a maximum of two nights and residents outside of Utah may extend their stay to three nights.
REQUIREMENTS: Sun River St. George is an active 55+ community and at least one villa guest must be age 50 or better for a stay. No persons under the age of 18 years are permitted and no pets are allowed in the villas. All villas are non-smoking. Currently, there are no check-ins on Sundays.
